Games Behind is a free beta offered as-is. Using it means you are fine with the terms below. We have tried to keep them plain.
What this is
An independent fan project that summarizes recent games for informational and entertainment purposes. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball or any club, and it is built from public league data.
Accuracy, and its limits
We check every voiced catch-up against the box scores and withhold anything that fails. Still, this is a beta built on third-party data that can be delayed, revised, or wrong. Do not rely on it for any decision that matters, and do not use it for betting or wagering of any kind.
Fair use
Please do not scrape, hammer, or resell the service, or use it to break the law. We may change, pause, or discontinue the beta at any time, and we may end access that abuses it.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from its use. Nothing here takes away rights you have that cannot be waived.
